About Me

My name is Jamie Stevenson and I'm a designer, writer and maker. 

I paint and make the things I love, such as animals, people and household scenes. Also writing and illustrating children's books, brings me a lot of joy. Which has become especially important since having my daughter who has special needs and a special way of teaching about life and the little things that make us smile.

I have always been creative and can't imagine it not being part of daily life but dealing with long term illness I have also found that being a creative has helped in so many ways.
